Why Teamday for your Apprentices?
Because we bring years of experience working with apprentice groups – outdoors in nature, in sports halls or directly at company sites. We know that apprentices need something different: less classroom instruction, more action, clear structures and, above all, fun. That’s exactly where we come in – with programs that challenge, support and integrate young people into the team.

Our focus areas: improving communication, building trust, taking responsibility and handling conflict constructively. Through playful outdoor challenges, apprentices experience the value of teamwork and discover their individual strengths.

Guided by experienced trainers, reflection and feedback are consciously built in. This ensures direct transfer into everyday work: from the workshop back into the company. For HR and training managers, this means increased motivation, lower turnover and a strong signal of appreciation.

Impact Day

A full day of challenges and opportunities – the Impact Day makes team dynamics visible and shows how collaboration works today and can improve tomorrow.

Through a mix of outdoor adventures and problem-solving tasks, participants experience cooperation, communication and decision-making firsthand. Everything is designed to create an optimal learning environment without pushing anyone beyond healthy limits.

Guided by experienced facilitators, the adventure becomes a learning space: strategies are reflected upon, new approaches are tested and team spirit grows stronger. Fun, excitement and a good dose of adventure keep motivation high.

In sports, a time-out is used to pause, catch your breath and set the next strategy. Our Time Out offers exactly that for teams – a conscious break that restores clarity and energy.

Sometimes all it takes is a small impulse to spark big change. With the Inhouse Team Empowerment & Motivation Booster, we bring energy, appreciation and momentum directly into your company – no travel, no extra logistics.

The Format
We design engaging, short and impactful Cooperation Empowerment Sessions in 45–50 minute units. Each session motivates up to 20 participants, meaning that in a single working day up to 160 employees can benefit from the program. Thanks to its flexible design, the format can also be scheduled quarterly or semi-annually as an ongoing development measure.
